In-store Purchase Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Here at Ranch & Home we stands behind all of the products and merchandise that we sell. We are happy to accept any defective items for refund or exchange. Please see our Return Policy below:

In Store Standard Return Policy

REFUNDS:
All refunds must be returned the way they were paid. No exceptions.

WITH RECEIPT:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase as long as it hasn’t been used. You may return your order at any Ranch & Home retail location.

Our return policy does NOT apply to the following items (these items may not be returned):
  • Ammunition, firearms, gunpowder, and primers may not be returned due to safety considerations
  • Vaccines 
  • Refrigerated items 
  • Live Animals 
  • Any items cut to length at a customer’s request

Price Adjustments

Ranch & Home will honor a price adjustment on full price merchandise within 5 days of the original purchase. The adjustment will be issued in the form of a Ranch & Home gift card. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
